The thesis covers the actual problem of prevention cardiac complications in the surgical treatment of head and neck tumors in patients with ischemic heart disease. The work was determined that in 10,09 % of patients with coronary artery disease during the surgery on the organs of head and neck occured ischemic myocardial damage. It is shown that ischemic myocardial damage during non-cardiac surgery is the impact of operational stress, and isn't associated with the destruction of atherosclerotic plaques. We elaborated anesthesiologic strategy of limitation ischemic myocardial damage during non-cardiac surgery by intravenous infusion of beta-blocker labetalol in patients with coronary heart disease. Intraoperative use of labetalol had an advantage over izoket and verapamil. The author identified intraoperative ischemic myocardial damage risk factors. They include: height over 168 cm, body mass index less than 22,79 kg/m2, glomerular filtration rate by MDRD formula is less than 75 ml/min o 1,73 m2, minute volume of blood is less than 5,027 l/min., baseline hematocrit greater than 0,46 l/l.
