Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to optimizing training and performance of students who study in universities of МTS, the methods of physical culture. Experiment and shows that the use of students of sports specialization in combination with psychological training in the form of anti-stress psychological training positively affects various components of educational and service activities. Educational and training sessions to of voluntarily chosen sports (wrestling) helped demonstrate the positive qualities of individual students, resulted in increasing their physical performance, psychological stability, power of perfomed work and physical training. Students involved in these sports had high rates of adaptation, resistance to disease and were more successful in teaching the service activities. Given the presence of students, especially freshman, many stressgene factors, permanent neuro-psychological stress, negative mental states and the parallel decline of physical capacity and level of physical training should be encouraged to use their sporting expertise with independently chosen sport. Educational and training sessions will be effective if you combine them with targeted anti-stress psychological training of cadets, which significantly affects the improvement of their individual and psychological characteristics. Using the recommended experimental range will optimize the educational and service activities of students who study at closed universities
