Basis on the conducted researches which included: hygienic estimation of food status of junior children from general establishments of different types studied actual feeding indexes to determine signs of food inadequacy and influence on schoolchildren's health and establish the cause of such violations with the purpose of their removal. Feeding of junior schoolchildren from different GESE in Kyiv had the unbalanced character, conditioned both the features of the organized feeding in establishments, home feeding and substantial failings in knowledge about balanced nutrition among parents, workers of GESE and children. In GESE unbalanced and poor diet is the most expressed. Factors which influence on providing children food substance and energy leading places belong to kind of establish, age and sex of children, to socio-economic position of families, attention of the parents to the children, appetite. It is set that expenditure of energy of junior schoolchildren is an unbalance with the energy value of food rations due to an extremely low motive activity of majority from them. The mode of day does not answer hygienic requirements: insufficient duration of nightly sleeping, walks outdoors, dynamic a component in day's budget of time, with age a deficit deepens. It is discovered that diseases, which are CPLD from micro- by macro nutritional insufficiency and failings in organization of feed, environment inside schools, mode of day. Certainly, that do the last factors have an influence on pupils' development and state of their health
