Dyvak V. Economic competence development of heads of secondary educational institutions by means of information and communication technology

In the dissertation it is investigated a problem of development of economic competence of directors of general educational institutions by means it is information-communication technologies. In work theoretical bases of economic activities of directors of educational institutions are considered, their condition is analysed, opened a concept essence "economic competence of directors of educational institutions", its model is constructed. In dissertational research it is developed and scientifically-is proved technology of development of economic competence of directors of educational institutions means it is information-communication technologies in system of improvement of professional skill. The program of a specialized training course "Development of economic competence of directors of educational institutions" and methodical recommendations to use of the developed technology is developed promoted development professionalism directors of educational institutions in system post diploma pedagogical education.
