Object of research: world market development in aspect of formation of global economic space. Purpose of dissertational work perfection of theoretical and methodological bases of research of development of the world market and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about perfection of regulation of the world financial market taking into account globalization influence is. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of the analysis and synthesis, an induction and deduction, a method of unity historical and logic, a structurally functional method, comparative and economic-mathematical methods, methods of the statistical analysis, ordering. Theoretical results: consist in development of theoretical and methodological and scientifically-methodical bases of research of development of the world market taking into account influence of globalization on development of national financial systems. Practical results: consist that substantive provisions of dissertational work act as a scientifically-methodical basis of regulation of the financial markets of the countries with various types of economic systems taking into account internal and external conditions of their economic development. Scientific novelty: for the first time: it is developed the theoretical mechanism of redistribution of financial resources in the world financial market; it is improved: theoretical and methodological bases of research of globalization; theoretical and methodical bases of the analysis of the world market; had the further development: the conceptually and categorical device of the world market, scientifically-methodological bases research of influence of financial globalization on development of the crisis phenomena in world economy.
