Essay

Object of study: is the regulation of transnational corporations in the context of globalization. The purpose thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological bases of research transnationalization of economic activity and develop scientific and practical recommendations on the regulation of TNCs in today's globalized world economy. Metody of research: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the method of historical and logical unity, structure-function method, a comparative and economic-mathematical methods, methods of statistical analysis, systematization. Teoretical results: is to improve the existing theoretical and methodological bases and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the regulation of TNCs in globalization shifts in the global economy. PPractical results: the results will contribute to the development of approaches to ensure the equitable inclusion of Ukraine in the processes of transnationalization of the world economy. Scientcal novelty: the first time: a method for optimizing risk of TNC activities through the adoption of multipurpose solutions; improved: the scientific and methodological approaches to minimize the risk of international economic activity through the use of the algorithm for risk assessment activities of TNCs using a static approach, the concept of "globalization"; received further development: the scientific and methodological bases of the study of international economic activity in the context of globalization, identifying areas for enhanced regulatory framework of the activities of TNCs. Study: results of a study implemented in practice: The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional Council, the Donetsk Regional Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Berdyansk City Council, and also used in the educational process at the Donetsk National University and Berdyansk State Pedagogical University.
