It is defined that professional reflection of social worker is a complex socio-psychological component of professional consciousness, which shows the attitude of social worker to himself as the subject of professional activity, helps to make a comprehensive analysis adequately act and foresee the consequences of their actions in the particular situation of professional interaction with the clients of social work. There are some criteria of professional reflection of future social workers. Pedagogical conditions of formation of professional reflection of future social workers in classical university are identified, pedagogical technology of this process is elaborated, prepared the training and methodological support.
