Essay

The development of the conceptual model of formation of non-linear thinking of the modern teacher in the new socio-cultural and discourse contexts for the modernization of the higher pedagogical education is done. The notion of non-linear thinking of the teacher is clarified and its heuristic potential in the educational process is proved. The drawbacks in the system of training of the modern teacher on the ground of qualitative methods are detected and its correlation with the civilized challenges and social requests is analyzed. With the purpose of reorganization of the process of training modern teachers, the redefinition of the aim of modern education and the ways of transformation of educational process are proposed.
