Essay

The basic attention is given to the analysis of the legal nature of the interparliamentary organizations, their place in the system of the international organizations. The author also analyses the nature of the legal and non-legal acts accepted by these organizations. There were revealed some legal gaps and lacunas in the Ukrainian legislation, concerning participation of the Parliament in the interparliamentary activity.
