Essay

The dissertation deals with development of biotechnology of obtaining new prebiotics on plant, vitamins and microelements raw materials basis and investigating efficiency of applying complex prebiotic supplement for piglets and shoats. A new prebiotic complex with applying enzyme biotechnology of transforming multicomponent plant substrates which can not be destructed easily has been developed. A new method of sugar beet olygosugars fictionalization by adding PABC metal complexes allowing to obtain a complex with prebiotic complexes was suggested.A multienzyme composition displaying synergism action in controlled biocatalisis aiming to intensify bioconversion process and obtain the desired output and quality indexes has been developed. The influence of the enzyme composition on the process of hydrolysis, pectin extracting from the raw material, which causes increase in the process efficiency due to increase in the plant raw materials cell walls penetrating has been proved. Possibility of ultraviolet and nanofiltration concentration of pectin extracts has been proved experimentally. It allows to obtain solutions with increased content of desired parameters with applying ecobiotechnologies. Advantages of the developed technology like excluding toxic and plosive reagents from the technological process, reduce in the time of obtaining the final product have been proved. Prebiotic and high complex forming ability of the obtained polymer complex has been proved. Applying pro- and prebiotic complexes in piglets increases their growth and livability. The efficiency of the obtained prebiotic complex in the industrial production of Ukraine has been grounded and proved experimentally.
