Methods of quality control of extemporaneous preparations which contain chloramphenicol, streptocidum soluble and ethacridini lactate were selected with the purpose of upgrading of their conditions according to the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine and for the possibility of their usage in the drug store. The validation of methods of identification of chloramphenicol, streptocidum soluble and ethacridini lactate in extemporaneous preparations has been carried out with researching of specificity and reliability of effect reaction for the first time. The procedure of validation of methods of quantitative determination has consisted in studying of validations characteristics and their statistic estimation. The experimental results were compared to the criteria's of acceptability. Researches carried out proved the possibility of their usage for analysis of quality control of chloramphenicol, streptocidum soluble and ethacridini lactate in extemporaneous preparations in the drug store.
