Mikhailova E. Technological improvement of combined finishing treatment processes of inner cylindrical surface (ICS) of a product with power-vapour depositions

Object of research - technological process of the combined finishing processing of inner cylindrical surface of a product with power-vapour depositions. The purpose - improvement of quality and productivity of manufacturing of products with inner cylindrical surface on the basis of creation of technological support of the combined finishing processing with power-vapour depositions by synthesis of rational structure of technological process, an establishment of connections of parametres of its operations and working out of the technological support, allowing to carry out a dusting of coatings from an external source of a plasma stream in inner cylindrical surface. Novelty consists in working out of the general approach of synthesis of structure of technological process of the combined finishing processing of inner cylindrical surface of products with power-vapour depositions in the conditions of external giving of plasma streams which is based on system, morphological and function-oriented approaches. Introduction degree - work is introduced on open joint-stock company "Scientific research institute" of ISOTHERMS "(Russia), at Snezhnjansky machine-building factory of Open Society" Motor-Sich "(Ukraine), in Donetsk national technical university (Ukraine).
