The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of a mother’s organism’s gestational adaptation and functioning of fetoplacental complex in women who suffered pregravidar treatment of external genital endometriosis. Based on the data of retrospective and prospective researches, the author has determined the peculiarities of somatic health and obstetric-gynaecological anamnesis of women who were treated for external genital endometriosis before pregnancy. For the first time the peculiarities of gestational course were established, the structure of pregnancies and childbirths’ complications was determined, the dynamics of the anxiety index was studied, the specificity of formation and functioning of fetoplacental complex was established, the leading factors of gestational complications in women who suffered the different types of pregravidar treatment of external genital endometriosis were determined. The proved expedient of peroral and intravaginal ways of using progesterone with the aim of hormonal support of pregnancy and prophylaxis of primary placenta disfunction in women who suffered pregravidar treatment of external genital endometriosis is the specificity of the dissertation. The effectiveness of the use of native anxiolytic to reduce anxiety in such patients was revealed. The dissertation offers differentiated, pathogenetically justified methods of warning and correction of gestational complications which allowed to prevent polypharmacy, to reduce the frequency of gestational complications and to improve perinatal consequences for women with external genital endometriosis in anamnesis.
