Bugrinets R. The regulation of capital markets of countries in the world economic crisis

Object of research: process of regulation of the markets of the capital of the countries in the conditions of a world economic crisis. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretiko-methodological bases of formation and development of the international market of the capital and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about perfection of regulation of the markets of the capital of the countries in the conditions of a world economic crisis. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of the historical analysis, a method of the logic analysis, a method of the economic-statistical analysis, a method of economic-mathematical modelling, analysis and synthesis methods; a forecasting method. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of existing theoretiko-methodological bases concerning conditions and mechanisms of development of the crisis phenomena in economy and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about regulation of the world market of the capital in the conditions of a world economic crisis. Practical results: consist volume that the received scientific results are finished to level of concrete scientifically-methodical and practical recommendations. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the mechanism of influence of the crisis phenomena on economy of Ukraine is developed; are improved: the scheme of influence of financial globalization on level of stability of world financial architecture, scientifically-methodical bases of regulation of the markets of the capital of the countries through ordering of forms and methods of state regulation of the market of the capital on the basis of what it is offered tools of prevention of system bank crises at level of a national financial system is developed; had the further development: the conceptually-cathegorial device of research, namely, definitions "the international financial crisis", "the market of capitals" is made; the theoretical mechanism of formation of financial crisis is developed. Introduction degree: results of research are introduced in practical activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Donetsk Oblast Administration, Open Society "European Bank of Rational Financing"; Associations of the Enterprises "East Ukrainian Alliance"; Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber; Regional Department of National Institute of Strategic Researches in Donetsk, аnd also it is used in educational process of Donetsk National University.
