Research is taught the problem of development of professional trade of teachers of higher educational establishments of I-II of levels of accreditation. In dissertation first grounded complex of organizationally pedagogical terms of forming of the noted phenomenon. The analysis of the state of the probed problem is carried out in a pedagogical theory and practice, the features of functioning of higher school of I-II of levels of accreditation are certain. Essence is reflected, structure of concept "professional trade", "professional competence", "professional readiness". Certainly criteria and levels of diagnostics of professional trade of teacher.
