Ponochovna-Rysak T. Professional Qualities Formation of Future Tax Officers.

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical grounding and experimental examination of the present-day state and professional qualities formation of tax service specialists in higher educational establishments of Ukraine. In the first part of this work present-day scientific approaches to the research problem are determined. They include: system-structural, axiological, functional, personal-oriented, competence. The analysis of the basic research concepts is realized: quality, professional qualities, professional meaningful qualities etc. General structure of professional qualities is grounded. Main components of this structure are: social, personal, moral-ethical, emotion-volitional, communicative, business and organizational, professional qualities. Correlation and mutual influence of all structural components is grounded.
