This research work is devoted to the problem of development of the objective approach and a particular definition of the terminological device of researches in the field of international relations forecasting with the help of the genesis and structure research as well as multidisciplinary methods functions both of qualitative and quantitative character which mutually supplement each other, depending on the analysis purposes and, necessity of use of such methods in the framework of the international relations forecasting methods system that’s offered in this work by the author.
