Essay

The thesis is devoted to examining the psychological factors of the effective managerial influence on subordinates in the system of the bodies of Internal Affairs. The Paper contains the theoretical grounding, methodical bases as well as the results of the empiric study. The analysis of the psychological bases of the managerial influence in the bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and police organizations of other countries is carried out. The essence of the psychological influence in the system of the bodies of Internal Affairs; professional qualities and individual psychological features of a leader of the bodies of Internal Affairs necessary for the effective managerial influence in the system of the bodies of Internal Affairs; psychodiagnostic tools for evaluating the professional aptitude of a leader of the bodies of Internal Affairs to realize the effective managerial influence are defined. The program of psychological training of the leaders of the bodies of Internal Affairs to realize the effective managerial influence is grounded, worked out and introduced.
