Essay

The purpose of the investigation is a theoretical rationale, development and experimental verification methodology that promotes a culture of effective health senior pupils extracurricular activities. The object of study: the process of forming a culture of health of senior pupils. Мethods of research - theoretical; empirical; methods of mathematical statistics for quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the results of the study are that first: theoretically grounded, the technique of forming a culture of health in high school extracurricular activities as a set of interrelated elements (objectives, contents, forms and methods), which are influencing each other, provide training and developing environment conducive to the holistic formation of the structural components of the health culture seniors; experimentally verified the effectiveness of the implementation of the developed method, which stages (preparatory, educational, hands-on) allow the whole process of building a culture of health in high school extracurricular activities; the influence of the developed techniques to enhance the processes of personal development school students. Practical is scientific justification, designed and experimental verification techniques creating a culture of health in high school extracurricular activities. Theoretical provisions and practical achievements outlined in the thesis, the author's program and guidelines can be used by educators to create a culture of health of schoolchildren in extracurricular activities of secondary schools. Best implementation of the above mentioned methods can be carried out during non-school institutions. The main theoretical results and conclusions of the thesis can be used in the practice of building a culture of health in high school extracurricular activities of educational institutions and in extra-curricular work with students, when writing term papers and theses in the retraining of teachers, principals of secondary schools, as well as the development documents for creating a culture of youth health in modern conditions.
