Essay

The work deals with theoretical and experimental research of the problem of future music teachers' pedagogical activity motivation forming. The state of its development in theory and methodology of their professional training has been revealed; scientific and methodical principles have been shown and pedagogical conditions of pedagogical activity motivation forming have been substantiated; diagnostic criteria of establishing the formation state of the abovementioned quality of future music teachers have been determined; methods of forming pedagogical activity motivation in the process of professional training of future music teachers the essence of which lies in fixing of present and forming of new motives of professional activity, understanding of its sense, stimulation of theoretical knowledge development aiming at enriching of experience of music and pedagogical activity of students.
