Essay

The research object. State of structural and functional characteristics of lymphohemopoietic complex (LHC) of rats' brain in an acute period of experimental ischemic stroke and after use of cryopreserved fetal nerve cells (cFMCs). The research aim. Study of possible use and de-coding of the action mechanisms of fetal nerve cells during treatment of developing neurodegenerative process in CNS under the conditions of brain ischemia. Research methods. Cryobiological, immunological, morphological, biochemical, hematological, clinical and neurological, statistical processing of the results. In the work there were obtained experimental data, substantiated the possible correction of immune system state, minimization of clinical manifestation of pathology and increased survival of animals when using cryopreserved fetal nerve cells. Experimentally established fact of therapy during development of ischemic stroke with cryopreserved FNCs proves their possible use in clinical practice.
