According to the results of the empirical research some psychological characteristics of long-term prognosis of successful activity of internal bodies employees as organization psychological foundations and principles of studying and predicting the development of constant and variable behavioral and personal characteristics of candidates to serve in the bodies of internal affairs, that allow you to increase the quality and reliability of long-term prediction of professional success of law enforcement officers have been identified. The predictive models of a successful policeman and an employee who was fired for misconduct and the rule of law have been developed.
