The comprehensive scientific research which has been carried out results in assessment of formation of the personality peculiarities of the medical university students and elaboration of well-grounded ways of their correction. The basic regularities of formation of a girl's personality and a boy's personality during their studies at medical schools in conformity with the semester-record, semester-record with profilization and credit-modular system of educational process have been explored. Individually significant risk factors for the formation of possible deviations from the natural course of development processes of peculiarities of the students' personality have been detected, which are need to be considered during their studies at medical schools, and priorities for the use of their psychohygienic correction have been outlined. A scientifically established program of psychophysiological influence on a human organism and psychohygienic correction of peculiarities of the students' personality has been elaborated, the milestones of an implementation of the program are: to assess the level of individual peculiarities of a personality of each individual student and consideration of the basic regularities of their formation within a specific educational process (stage of hygienic psychodiagnostic). Statistical models are defined which allow to forecast a correlation between prognostically significant physiological and psychological correlates of an average level of students' performance as well as a student's psychophysiological and psychological adaptation. Methods of a point-based evaluation of a medical school student's psychophysiological and psychological adaptation are elaborated and scientifically proven.
