The dissertation is dedicated to the scientific rationale and development of efficient use ways for agro-resource potential of nature reserve areas in Polissya in the context of long-term development of drainage reclamation. It is proposed the principal directions of territorial management improvement of nature reserve areas for the needs of agriculture and environment protection on reclaimed areas. It is also proposed the optimization model for land-use planning of reclaimed agro-landscapes in the current context of economic management
