The theoretical framework and identified specific ways to implement the interregional and trans-border cooperation in the Odessa region analyzed in the light of modern European relations. The process of Odessa region in interregional organizations has been analyzed. The analysis not only of theoretical works of local and foreign researchers on issues of regionalization, but the empirical material and their own research.
