Object - personality development in adolescence; objective - definition of correlation peculiarities between the intensity of signs of aggressive behavior of adolescents and adequacy of their time orientation; justification of possibility of the adolescents' aggressive signs correction by their time competence development; methods - theoretical (analysis, systematization and generalization of psychological data), empirical (interview, discussion, questionnaire, stating and forming experiment), mathematical statistics methods; novelty - it was the first time when the feedback between the adolescents' aggressive signs intensity and adequacy of time orientation was established; the concept of peculiarities of time competence was widened by defining such of its components: substantial, value motivational, procedural, creative activity experience); psychological characteristics of the adolescents' aggressive behavior was further developed be defining the time factor in its system of factors; the concept of adolescence peculiarities was widened by defining three groups of the adolescents' personalities relative to the time perception adequacy and organization of one's activity: organizational, situational, disorganized; the concept of possibilities of the mediate influence on the adolescent's aggressive signs was widened by means of his obtaining the experience of time self-organization; the instruments for the adolescents' time competence research were improved by creating the complex of psychodiagnostic methods for defining the adequacy of time orientation and self-evaluation of measure of time scheduling skills development; psycho-pedagogical means of the adolescents' time competence experience forming in school education conditions were further developed; results - the offered diagnostic complex and development program aimed to develop the adolescents' time competence and to reduce their aggressive signs, can be used in school psychologists practice, social pedagogues for improving the educational work with adolescents, the results, obtained in the research work, can be used while the courses of age-specific, pedagogical and general psychology; field of research - psychology
