Essay

The thesis is dedicated to analytic and experimental research for usage gas dynamic cryogenerators in preliminarily enrichment neon-helium systems. Researches are caused neon and helium increasing demand in modern industry. Neon-helium preliminarily enrichment systems improvement solves important economic problem of cryogenic equipment efficiency increasing. It is discussed modern technology condition of neon-helium mixture purifying from nitrogen. New tendencies of this technology development are revealed, main problems and disadvantages existing scheme decision are defined.
