Lyutyy P. The mechanisms of technological parameters influence on the properties of wood composites materials from wood wastes and thermoplastic polymers.

An object is a technological process of manufacturing wood composites with attraction in their manufacture of a woody waste and thermoplastic polymers. . A purpose is development of the influence of technological parameters on properties of composite materials from a wood waste and thermoplastic polymers and to develop compounding of wood-polymeric compositions and modes of their flat pressing. Methods - gravity (gravimetric); randomizations, methods of mathematical statistics; regressive and dispersive analysis. Scientific novelty: influence of compounding and regime parameters manufacturing wood polymeric materials on their properties; mathematical model of calculation of duration warming wood-polymeric package is got on a necessary depth to the set temperature depending on a type and stakes of thermoplastic polymer, stake of wood particles, and also pressing temperature; influence of type of modifycating additions are set at a different temperature and duration of pressing on properties of wood-polymeric composites; rational composition are developed "wood filler' / second polyethylene / modifycating addition", which enable to make wood-polymeric composites from by satisfactory properties; regressive dependences of the determined properties are built on the change of compounding-technological parameters of making of wood-polymeric composites. Results: tinfluence of technological parameters are set on properties of composition materials from wood wastes and thermoplastic polymers and compounding of wood-polymeric compositions and modes of their flat pressing is developed. Degree of introduction: the results of work are recommended for introduction of the got results for making of wood-polymeric composites with the use of wood wastes and thermoplastic polymers, and also their wastes on the enterprise of LTD.
