Object - the processes of informatization of the global economy. Purpose – development of the conceptual approaches and practical recommendations regarding bridging the digital divide between the Ukraine and the developed countries on the basis of theoretical grounding and empirical analysis of the processes of global economy informatization asymmetry. Methods – systemic, structural, comparative analysis, graphical, formalization, grouping, generalization, modeling, economic-statistical, critical and SWOT-analysis. Novelty consists in theoretical-methodic grounding of the asymmetry of processes of global economy informatization in general and elaboration on its basis a structural model of bridging the digital divide between the Ukraine and the developed countries. It is introduced in the activities of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Department of International Cooperation of Lviv Regional State Administration, Department of Foreign Relations, External Economic and Investment Activities of Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ternopil branch of «Ukrtelecom», the Department of International Management and Marketing of Ternopil National Economic University when teaching courses in «Valuation Activities, Mergers and Acquisitions», «Strategic Management», «The Principles of External Economic Activities» and during the selecting of subjects for master's projects. The application of the study is world economy and international economic relations.
