The dissertation is devoted to research of the problem of psychological preparation of comprehensive school direction to interaction with school psychological service. The research contains the analysis of main scientific approaches for studying the problem of interaction. These approaches were taken as a basis to define the content, the structure and the parameters of efficient interaction of comprehensive schools' direction with school psychological service. The problems of psychological preparation of schools' direction to interaction with school psychological service are determined. The model of psychological readiness of comprehensive schools' direction to interaction with school psychological service is defined. The specific features and factors of readiness of comprehensive school direction to interaction with school psychological service are revealed. The approbation of author's program of psychological preparation of comprehensive schools' direction to interaction with school psychological service was carried out and its efficient application for professional education was proved.
