In dissertation peculiarities of dynamics and structure of indexes of children's disability in Ivano-Frankivsk region were studied; main social, biological and medical and organizational risk factors of severe degree of vital functions limitation of children were determined; needs and peculiarities of medical and social providing of rehabilitation of children with limited capacity were ascertain.
