Lazarev R. International Financial Management in Transnational Integration Structures

Object of study is the management of international finance in multinational integrated structures. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of processes of transnationalization and development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the governance of international finance in a multinational integrated structures. Methods: a systematic approach, historical approach, analysis and synthesis methods for structural and comparative analysis, statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting, etc. Theoretical results: is to deepen existing theoretical and methodological bases of research transnationalization of economic activity and development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the management of international finance in a multinational integrated structures. Practical results: are that the main provisions of the thesis contribute to the development of approaches to the formation of effective management of international finance national integrated structures that are in the initial phase of the transnational nature of business. Scientific novelty: the first time: the genesis of developed theories and concepts of financial management of transnational integrated structures; improved: the scientific and methodological tools for optimization of international investment activities of transnational integrated structures, organizational and economic framework for the management of international finance corporations have been developed: the theoretical basis of research transnationalization of the economy. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practical activities of the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, "Donetskstal"; Representation in Ukraine SC "Minerfin"; Representation in Ukraine "Jotun Paints Europe Ltd.", and used in the learning process of Donetsk National University.
