Golikova V. Psychophysiological features of professionally significant qualities formation in the maritime universities cadets

Object - occupationally important psychophysiological qualities of cadets. Purpose - to elaborate system of psychohygienic measures on improvement of training quality, maintenance of high health potential and formation of occupationally important qualities of future ship operators on the basis of studying of hygienic preconditions, ergonomic peculiarities and psychophysiological functions' dynamic of higher educational institutions students. Methods - hygienic, ergonomic, psychophysiologial, psychological, physiological, biochemical, statistical ones. Results - system of differentiated preventive and health improving psychohygienic measures for decreasing of educational stress, improving of training and health maintenance of the future seamen were elaborated and introduced into educational process and practice. Novelty - for the first time on the basis of complex studying of hygienic conditions, ergonomic and psychophysiological peculiarities of education in the naval higher educational institutions theoretical generalization was made, new practical decision of actual hygienic problem of occupationally important qualities' formation in cadets for reliable activity of ship operators was suggested. Results of investigation were implemented into the practice of Odessa national naval academy and into educational process of other higher educational institutions.
