Essay

In this thesis we investigate negative influence of global risks on competitiveness of open economy in modern conditions of the international economic relations. The analysis of global risks, their systematization as well as their classification, which includes internal and global risks of open economy, was carried out. We define conceptual functional bases of open economy financial regulation in the conditions of global risks. The most effective tools of influence reduction of global risks are defined for national economies.
