The thesis is devoted to research of the legal nature of parliamentary bodies of the European international organisations. Primary attention is paid to the questions of parliamentary bodies of the European international organizations in the making and in the process of it is beginnings. It is revealing the basic factors which were promoted the appearance of representative bodies by the example of international organizations of the European continent (the Council of Europe, OSCE, OBSEK, CUS).
