Shchogoleva I. Forming the future tourism managers' communicative skills in the studying process of professionally oriented disciplines

The object of research is the process of the future managers of tourism training in the higher educational establishments; the subject is pedagogical conditions for the formation of the communicative skills of the future tourism managers in the process of professionally oriented courses; the goal of research is the determination, theoretical grounding and experimental confirmation of the effectiveness of educational conditions for the formation of the communicative skills of the future tourism managers in the process of professionally oriented courses; methods of research are: -theoretical: the analysis of philosophical, psychological, educational and sociological literature; generalization, synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and abstraction, systematization; -empirical: observation, interviews, surveys, evaluation and introspection testing, educational portfolio; -methods of mathematical statistics; the scientific novelty: for the first time the communication skills system of the future tourism managers was defined and theoretically based; the educational conditions complex and methods of communication skills formation of the future tourism managers in the studying process of professionally oriented courses were developed and theoretically grounded; criteria of the communication skills formation through the definition and grounding of values; and levels of the communication skills formation were improved; the content of programs of the professionally orientated disciplines was specified.
