In the dissertation the theoretical and methodological approaches and a history of studyng of the process of empires' formation and their strategies are analyzed, and existing groups of empire definitions are generalized. The row of derivative concepts from the empire category is reviewed, in namely, imperial policy, imperial strategy, neoimperial strategy and others. In addition the degree of their interdependence and correlation with fundamental conceptions of imperial political systems is analyzed.Firstly in the national political science the correlation of imperial paradigm with globalization processes is analyzed. According to the research results, neoimperial paradigm in general and neoimperial strategies of leading-states in particular do not correspond to objective developing processes in the modern world system. In these terms any attempts to provide them with new forms or contents lose any sense because the transformation of neoimperial strategies in the terms of globalization is not applicable. This thesis also examines the globalization impact on the effectiveness of neoimperial strategies of leading-states (The United States, Russian Federation and The People's Republic of China). Moreover, Eurointegration vector of the foreign policy of Ukraine is also reviewed in the framework of the imperiological analysis of the EU political system and strategy. The idea to create European Union has been an antagonistic to the imperial policy and imperial strategies due to its nature. United Europe is one of the best landmarks for the further development direction of Ukrainian political, economic, social systems.
