The work is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of formation of would-be managers' skills of constructive interaction in a conflict situation. In the thesis the notions "interaction" and "constructive interaction" have been researched on the basis of interdisciplinary analysis, the essence, the structure and some peculiarities of constructive interaction have been specified, the functions of constructive interaction in a conflict situation have been determined, the definition of manager's constructive interaction in a conflict situation has been given. The correlation of the notions "habit" and "skill" has been studied, the would-be managers' constructive interaction skills in a conflict situation (organizational, analytical, communicative, reflective, regulative, projective), the criteria of their assessment and the levels of formation have been determined, the pedagogical conditions of constructive interaction skills formation (dialogical, methodical and of cooperative learning) have been theoretically substantiated, the model of formation of would-be managers' skills of constructive interaction in a conflict situation has been created. The experimental technology of constructive interaction skills formation and the special training course "Manager's constructive interaction in a conflict situation" have been worked out and introduced. The effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions and the technology of constructive interaction skills formation have been experimentally verified. The results of the research have been analyzed, the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions and the author's technology has been confirmed.
