Essay

The work presents a content of the new paradigm of system of values and value orientations of students, that is formed in the period of market and democratic transformations, takes into account the mentality of the Ukrainian people, its traditions, culture and ensures the effective and creative activity of youth. The basic variables of the new paradigm of values of students is analyzed, main factors of the dynamics of values of modern youth under the transformation (internal and external) processes that take place in Ukraine and worldwide are determined.
