In dissertation the results of establishing experiment are presented the bodily condition of children-orphans and children which are brought up in families on morpho-functional indexes and general psychological development and a comparative analysis is conducted between them is certain in which. The most more frequent rejections are certain in the state of health of children-orphans of 1-4. On the basis of finding about the bodily condition of children-orphans of 1-4 it is worked out and the methods of engaging in physical exercises are experimentally reasonable taking into account the correction of different rejections in physical development and state of health. It is experimentally set that the differentiated application of complexes of physical exercises for the correction of rejections in a bodily condition allowed to attain children by the orphans-orphans of 1-4 of norm of indexes in physical and psychology-motor development and cardio-respiratory vehicle and assisted the increase of amount of the adopted children.
