The object of staid: process of technological preparation production produce of high-variety systems metal cutting. A research purpose is an the research is theoretically justify and develop a system synthesis of high-variety mechanical engineering productions by identifying and applying a set of technological ways to enhance their performance. Research techniques - methodical basis of the work is the systematic approach. Research on the basic provisions of the technology, engineering, mathematical logic, functional analysis. Systematic and classification of techniques involved in the systematization of technological methods to improve the performance of technological systems and methods for kinematics schemes of geometry-mechanical processing. Mathematical modeling of objects of type " object" and "process" was carried out using a graph and a predicate. Methods and specifying the fact such structures for consistent information processing system in the design of technological systems. Development of system synthesis of structures high-variety productions was carried out using the method of optimization of complex technological systems. Theoretical and practical results: a set of structures and technological methods to improve the performance of technological systems and methods of its application in designing high-variety mechanical engineering productions of high performance. Novelty: discovered a set of structures and technological ways to increase the performance of the mechanical engineering of technological systems, which is the basis for developing a system for the synthesis of the structures of high-variety productions; developed the generalized model of the structure-function the basic technological systems and set pattern changes these structures depending on the level of technicalization, support and management functions; set the number of elementary functions, which are implemented in the system of technical means of linearly depends on the number of functional-structural elements that are substantial-energy-informational conversion for modular construction of the system; significant influence is isochronous cycle (higher than life according to the hierarchy level) and cycles of the early periods to overcome contradictions between flexibility and performance; method of the directed synthesis of the high-variety mechanical engineering high-performance technological systems.
