Modna Y. Properties of oral fluid in young people with different adaptation capabilities of an organism

Object - biochemical indices and characteristics of solid phase of non-stimulated oral fluid in practically healthy persons of teen-age. Purpose - to analyze properties of solid phase and biochemical composition of oral fluid in practically healthy persons of teen-age with different adaptative capabilities. Methods - physiological, psychological, biochemical, laboratory, statistical ones. Results - useful model patent is obtained. Novelty - for the first time new principle of assessment of organism adaptative capabilities and state of nonspecific immunity of teen-age persons on the basis of solid phase properties' analysis of their oral fluid is elaborated and substantiated. It is proved that analysis of oral fluid can be an alternative of blood analysis and can be used as screening test of organism immune resistance state, for detection of diseases' risks, assessment of adaptative capabilities of healthy organism with wide monitoring of health reserves detection and taking well-timed measures on strengthening and prevention of these reserves' depletion. Results of investigation are introduces into educational process of higher education institutions. Branch - medicine (normal physiology).
