Essay

Complex research of Romanian policy in the Black Sea region is made in thesis paper. The structure of region is analyzed, the group of states it consists of is determined: "dominative" powers, "secondary" states and "marginal" countries. A specific of bilateral dialog and relations with Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan is determined. It is underlined that Romania plays an important role in development of basic directions of regional cooperation: economic, security, energetic etc. A Romanian initiative toward Black Sea security system settlement is analyzed. Probable scenario of Bucharest's regional policy transformation is observed and basic proposals towards Ukrainian Black Sea policy improvement are made.
