Essay

In the thesis the author analyses problems of implementation of the air law and related relevant theoretical and practical issues, proceeding from the system approach. In particular, the author studies complexity of international maritime relations and proves existence of the system of legal norms, regulating those relations. Such system is the air law. The author proves that the air law is a poly-system structure of legal regulation, which should be considered as a methodological basis for analysis of problems of implementation of the air law. The author makes practical propositions for improvement of national legislation of Ukraine.
