Korniychuk Y. Formation of preparedness of the future officers to organize the educational activities of soldiers

The paper characterizes the main scientific approaches to the problem of the development of theory and practice of educational process in military institutions and other military educational establishments; levels of methodological analysis of educational process in higher educational establishments are defined; the results of the historical and pedagogical analysis of the problem of educating military personnel are reflected. The structure of preparedness of the future officers to organize the educational activities among soldiers is developed, the system of criteria and indicators of preparedness of the cadets of higher educational establishments is determined, and the four levels (high, adequate, low and nominal) of preparedness of the future officers to organize the educational activities of the soldiers are designed. The experimental investigation of the level of preparedness of future officers for the implementation of educational activities for soldiers is conducted; original technology of formation of the mentioned preparedness is proved and introduced.
