Mykhailiuk I. Forming of readiness of future holders of Master's degree in higher technical educational establishments to pedagogical activity.

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of forming of readiness of future holders of master's degree of higher technical educational establishments to pedagogical activity. In the research it has been determined the content and the peculiarities as well as the essence and the structure of the formation of readiness of future holders of master's degree of higher technical educational establishments to pedagogical activity. It has been defined the set of pedagogical conditions that ensure the formation of the necessary level of readiness of technical holders' of master's degree to the pedagogical activities, which are as follows: increasing motivation to professional activity and formation of professional value orientations; implementatin of interactive computer approach to organization of the training process of the future instructors of higher technical educational establishments; the development of creative potential of holders of master's degree of technical specialization; improvement of pedagogical competence of specialized technical subjects instructors. It has been theoretically grounded the model of the formation of readiness of future holders of master's degree to pedagogical activity and confirmed the efficiency of the defined pedagogical conditions as well as the model.
