Disertation is dedicated to the problem of professional self-development of future pilots. This manuscript defines, comprehends and experimentally verifies effective pedagogical conditions for successful formation of the outlined phenomenon. These conditions are: implementation in the study of cognitive strategies of problem self-determination cadet-pilots bases on the indicative personal technology: pedagogical support independence as subjective intentions of a process to create its own independent study of the algorithm; formation in the cadet-pilotspsycological readiness for professional and personal self-development in educational activities as an integral formation; implementation in practice of professional training the special course ''Psycology of professional and personal self-development''. Grounded the criterias, indicators and levels of the professional self-development cadet-pilots. Found in the work that complement discipline ''Aviational psycology'' author's special course, improve the basic program is successful in significantly compared with the traditional approach to teaching basic discipline ''Aviational psycology''.
