Dissertation is devoted a theoretical ground and experimental verification of complex of pedagogical terms and pedagogical technology of forming of readiness of future officers to professional activity on principles of pedagogical management. Certainly modern scientific approaches to the problem of research: system, aksiologichniy, diyal'nisniy, personality oriented, kompetentnisniy, technological. The analysis of base concepts is given, becoming menedzhentu is analysed in his historical development. In theory grounded model of forming of readiness of future officers to professional activity on principles of pedagogical management, certainly it structural and functional components. Grounded organizational, methodical and psikhologo-pedagogical terms of forming of readiness of future officers to professional activity on principles of pedagogical management. The structure of professional competence of future officer is exposed, certainly criteria and levels of its formed. It is developed and experimentally perervireno pedagogical terms and technology of forming of readiness of future officers to professional activity on principles of pedagogical management. The basic results of research are inculcated in the educational process of higher soldiery educational establishments.
