Demydovych O. Professional Training of Specialists in Mediation in Spanish Universities.

The complex investigation of professional training of specialists of mediation in Spanish universities has been conducted for the first time in the native science. The modern definition of mediation, its structure, strategies and techniques have been determined and characterized in evolutional context. The requirements to personality and professional activity of mediator have been determined and detailed. The analytic-systematical investigation has given the opportunity to define more exactly the contents of professional education, to describe and systematize organizational-pedagogical conditions of training of mediators; we have meant competence oriented forms of organization of students' activity, forms of organization of their studies, methodical bases of teaching, studying, rating, and methods of activization of training process accenting specific features of Spanish system of professional education. The effectiveness and quality of high education have been examined in accordance to European Educational Standards. Theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations about prospects of implementation and adaptation of professional training of specialists in mediation into Ukrainian system of professional education and native realities have been formulated due to the results of the investigation of the research paper.
