Lazko I. Organizational and Technical Basics for Creation of Normative Documents Regarding Quality Management System in R&D Establishments

The dissertation is dedicated to creation of organizational and technical basics for development of QMS normative documents, taking into consideration the field of activity of R&D establishment, amid rapidly moving customer requirements. New theoretical and experimental findings have been obtained as a part of the study, which allowed to: justify practicability of principles, norms and requirements of GSS (State System of Standardization), and DSTU ISO 9001:2009 series standards for creation of efficient package of normative documents regarding QMS in R&D establishments; determine a factor system ensuring objective evaluation of research and development effectiveness, and that of QMS in R&D establishments, with a view to elaborate multifactor models on their basis, which evaluate the influence of documentation process quality on R&D effectiveness; develop a formalized model for text part of normative documents regarding QMS in R&D establishments basing on flexible modules; develop model of documentation process regarding QMS in R&D establishments basing on which to suggest a method for integrated assessment of documentation process quality; develop an electronic pattern for text part of normative documents. For implementation of the obtained results the effective practical guidelines have been suggested on creation and quality assessment of normative documents regarding QMS in R&D establishments, algorithms, structural diagrams.
